Our courier servive will always call you prior to the delivery being made and as such request you to always answer your phone during such time. If we are unable to deliver to you after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to our stores and a refund will be processed minus the delivery charge.

Yes you can, but its only possible if we have not dispatched your order already. That means you should cancel your order before 12 hours lapses after the time you placed the order. To cancel the order, please drop an email with your order reference (number) with the subject line "Cancel Order" to support@everything.lk Please note that refunds can take upto 10 working days.
Please ensure you inform us at most 24 hours after your order is placed so that we can process your request. You will need to drop an email with the order ID to support@everything.lk with your request. If your order is already dispatched from our warehouse already, unfortunately no changes can be accommodated.
When placing an order, please check the description for a guide on sizes and make sure you select the right size and colour of product. If the colour of the product is not specified, we may send you a colour that is available at the time.

We provide a 7 days, no questions asked returns policy with no risk to you. Once the 7 days have lapsed, and if you are still wanting to return the product, there will be a processing fee equal to 7.5% of the purchase charged and you will need to return the product to our office. We will check the returned item/s and if we deem that there has been no damages to it, then we will process your refund. Please note that the refund can take upto 10 working days. To expedite the return process, please email us at support@everything.lk with "Return Product" as the subject and remember to state the order ID and reason for the return.
Returning Damaged or Defective Products
